3. Software Licensing
(a) Steadfast Innovations, Inc develops and sells software, including software for the WHMCS (Web Host Management Complete Solution) Billing System. The software is protected under copyright laws and is licensed to clients subject to the following terms and conditions. (b) Encryption: The code for Steadfast Innovations, Inc's software is encrypted using IonCube for licensing. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the code in any way.
(c) Illegal Copy of WHMCS: If you purchase Steadfast Innovations, Inc software that is designed for WHMCS, and the Company becomes aware that you are using an illegal copy of WHMCS, the Company reserves the right to report your website to the WHMCS Piracy Department. In addition, your Steadfast Innovations, Inc software license will be suspended without refund and your client account will be closed.
4. Copyright Infringement
The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Website to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your copyrights, please follow our Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Notification Procedure.
(a) DMCA Notification Procedure: If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Website, please notify our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
